Job Description

Staff Management:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of bakery staff, including bakers, decorators, and sales personnel.

Training and Development:

Training new employees, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.

Scheduling:

Managing staff schedules, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.

Conflict Resolution:

Addressing and resolving any conflicts or issues among staff members.

Leadership:

Serving as a positive role model, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive work environment.
Production and Quality Control:

Product Quality:

Ensuring all baked goods meet high standards of quality, consistency, and taste.

Recipe Development:

Developing new recipes and improving existing ones to enhance product offerings.

Production Monitoring:

Overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient use of equipment, and maintaining production schedules.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.

Food Safety:

Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Customer Service:

Customer Interaction:

Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service.

Order Fulfillment:

Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery of baked goods.
Operational Efficiency:

Equipment Maintenance:

Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of bakery equipment.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining records of production, inventory, and sales.

Collaboration:

Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and management, to ensure smooth operations.

Financial Management:

Assisting with budgeting and financial management of bakery operations.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
