Bakery Head Chef Job Responsibility



Supervision and Management:

Oversee and train junior bakery staff, ensuring proper baking techniques and food safety protocols.

Recipe Development:

Create new recipes, adjust existing ones, and develop seasonal menus.

Production and Quality:

Ensure consistent quality and taste in all baked goods, adhering to established recipes and standards.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs effectively.

Food Safety and Sanitation:

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety regulations.

Collaboration:

Work with other kitchen staff, management, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and meet production schedules.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure proper functioning of baking equipment and address maintenance needs.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role. Strong understanding of baking techniques, food safety regulations, and inventory management. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards. Creative skills in recipe development and product presentation.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
