Prepare and decorate cakes (cream-based, premium, fondant optional)
Follow standard recipes and maintain quality, taste, and presentation
Manage baking and decorating timeline to ensure timely orders
Innovate and suggest new flavors or designs for seasonal launches
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Assist in making pastries, brownies, and other dessert items as needed
Manage inventory of ingredients and inform when stock is low
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cake Chef or Pastry Chef
Skilled in cream decoration, piping, layering, and basic fondant work (optional)
Ability to handle daily orders and custom cake production
Knowledge of bakery hygiene and food safety standards
Good attitude, team player, punctual and passionate about baking
Willingness to learn and grow with the bakery
