Prepare and bake a variety of goods including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts.
Develop new recipes and seasonal items in coordination with the Head Chef.
Ensure all baked items meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Maintain inventory of baking supplies and coordinate with procurement for restocking.
Oversee daily baking operations and ensure timely production.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery section.
Train and supervise junior bakery staff or assistants if required.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of baking equipment.
Follow food safety regulations and company guidelines.
