Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Bakery Chef to lead our baking operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in crafting a wide range of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts. This role requires precision, creativity, and a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality baked items.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked items.
Develop and test new bakery recipes and seasonal offerings.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed.
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery section.
Supervise and train junior bakers and assistants.
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times.
Decorate cakes and pastries using various icings, toppings, and techniques.
Maintain records of food production, wastage, and daily consumption.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bakery or Pastry Chef (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
Diploma or certification in Bakery & Patisserie or Culinary Arts.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Creative flair and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Familiarity with food safety regulations.
