Design new and innovative bakery items for special occasions, buffets, and events.
Monitor daily production, inventory, and stock of bakery ingredients.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all bakery products.
Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the bakery section.
Train and supervise bakery staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team for menu planning, costing, and promotions.
Manage wastage control and portion sizes for better cost efficiency.
Handle guest queries, customized orders, and special requests professionally.
