Manage inventory and order ingredients as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff. Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet customer expectations.
Certificate or diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional baking or confectionary environment. Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients. Experience in recipe development and decoration. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
