Job Description

Baking and Preparation:

Preparing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and baking a wide range of items following recipes or creating new ones.

Menu Development:

Developing new recipes, creating seasonal menus, and ensuring the menu aligns with customer preferences and overall concept.

Quality Control:

Ensuring all baked goods meet quality standards, including taste, texture, and presentation.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring supplies, ordering ingredients and equipment, and managing inventory levels within budget.

Supervision and Training:

Training and supervising junior chefs and assistants, ensuring proper techniques and kitchen etiquette are followed.

Food Safety and Sanitation:

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Customer Interaction:

Meeting with clients to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special events.

Adaptability:

Staying up-to-date with the latest food trends and techniques, and adjusting recipes and menus accordingly.

Collaboration:

Working with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and successful events.

Pay: ₹11,167.44 - ₹16,000.00 per month
