Job Title: Regional Manager - Commercial Real Estate
Job Purpose
The Regional Manager - Commercial Real Estate is responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing commercial real estate operations across the assigned region. This includes sales, leasing, financing (if applicable), asset management, and ensuring compliance with company policies while leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Growth
Drive commercial real estate business in the assigned region (office, retail, warehousing, industrial, and mixed-use projects).
Identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the CRE market.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, leasing, and sales targets.
Manage P&L for the region and ensure consistent business growth.
2. Client & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, corporate occupiers, institutional investors, and financial institutions.
Act as the single point of contact for key clients, handling deal negotiations and closures.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Team Leadership & Operations
Lead, mentor, and manage branch/area managers and teams across multiple locations.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth deal execution, documentation, and compliance.
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams (in financing-based roles).
Drive performance culture and ensure achievement of business objectives.
4. Portfolio & Risk Management
Monitor the performance of leased/sold/financed assets within the portfolio.
Ensure quality asset growth with minimal delinquency and risk exposure.
Regularly review portfolio health and implement corrective measures when required.
5. Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal processes, and company policies.
Mitigate risks by ensuring due diligence, accurate documentation, and legal compliance.
