Job Description

:
Administer, configure, and maintain Rubrik backup and recovery infrastructure for physical, virtual, and cloud workloads. Manage daily backup operations including job monitoring, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring successful completion. Perform restores, disaster recovery tests, and data recovery as per business requirements. Implement backup policies, schedules, and retention strategies aligned with compliance and business needs. Ensure high availability of backup systems and proactively resolve capacity, performance, and configuration issues. Integrate Rubrik with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Automate backup tasks and reporting using scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.). Maintain documentation for backup architecture, policies, and recovery procedures. Collaborate with storage, server, and security teams for end-to-end data protection. Generate backup health, compliance, and capacity utilization reports for management. Support audits and adhere to regulatory and organizational data protection policies.
