Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Backend Operations Coordinator with a strong sales background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Excel skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations
3. Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
4. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
5. Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
6. Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as required
Requirements: * Experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in operations or coordination role
