Enhance overall customer experience by coordinating and following up with internal and external customers, tracking customer order history, and resolving concerns Assist in scheduling, analyzing, and updating project estimates Assist with sales forecasting, sales lead generation, sales proposals, and contract negotiation Conduct market research and contact potential customers Research and analyze competitor offerings Develop and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures Manage a comprehensive CRM database for organization-wide communication Track sales goals and results Maintain and update project timelines Implement and prioritize company policies and procedures Conduct weekly meetings to review metrics, report accomplishments, and set goals for the week Maintain and update project documents and files Maintain and update proposal and bid documents Review and update project estimates Perform any other job duties as assigned
