Job Role: Backend Intern
Experience: Min 6 months to 2 years.

Fresher with relevant internship or Project experience will consider

Requirements:
- Experience in Development using Ruby/Golang/Python/Nodejs.
- Should have live projects available to demonstrate
- Excellent understanding of Object Oriented Programming
- An agile mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Good in analyzing and solving problems
- Passionate to work in a start-up
- Perform well-defined engineering tasks; doesn\xe2\x80\x99t get caught up in the unknown, works to figure it out, asks questions
- Actively pursue improving engineering skills, including but not limited to problem-solving, writing readable/testable/efficient code, mastering technology in our stack, and learning to anticipate scaling issues.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn from mistakes
- Seek to tie projects back to user value & impact for our customers
- Find a work-life balance
- Communicate well with all members of the team
- Alert manager/team to any issues preventing their work from being accomplished and ask for help
