Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business or other related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Technical knowledge.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Smartness
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
• Supervise day to day operations.
• Organize the things and keep the front desk clean and tidy.
• Ensure all the necessary stationery and the necessary forms are available.
• Note customer complaints and answer their queries.
• Explain the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures to the customers.
• Receive and forward mails and official documents to the concerned officials and keep a record of the documents sent and received.
• Maintain the attendance register.
• Keep the record of the inventory and other files updated.
• Monitor the daily inventory cost and note it down on designated ledgers.
• Delegated tasks to administrative support staff to organize and improve office efficiency.
• Developed and implemented office management procedures to increasing training team productivity and accuracy.
