Lead/Principal Consultant 8-12 years of experience Job Overview As a solution architect of Backbase Product, you shall be responsible for end-to-end leadership of your product-related growth within Xebia.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Business/functional architecture and strategy for solutions,
• Mobile Application Release Processes, architect, design, and build flexible, scalable, and resilient applications and services.
• Take ownership of bringing conceptual design down to a level of detail that can be physically implemented
• Understand customer's requirements and convert them to design.
• Understands the latest features in Backbase and knows how to make use of them.
• Understands software design principles
• Mentors other team members on quality programming.
• Reviews and improves the quality of code and processes.
• Should have cleared the Backbase Solution Architect certification exam
• Must have recent hands-on experience (more than 6 months) on Backbase 6 technologies including but not limited to
  • Backbase Identity
  • Backbase Flow
  • DBS
  • DIS
  • CXS Services
  • CXP Manager
  • Widgets/ Journey Architecture
  • Android/iOS app
  • Mobile SDK
    
• Should have good communication skills
• You shall be responsible for building Backbase capability within Xebia.
• Creating and sharing knowledgebase
• Preparing training material for in-house training
• Sales and Pre-Sales support
  • RFP/RFI
  • Demonstrations
• You will be the go-to person for any Backbase related positioning
  • Team hiring
