Back Office Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong command over MS Office tools, and the ability to handle documentation and customer queries with professionalism and diplomacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office documentation and records.
Draft and respond to professional emails.
Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and data in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Maintain Google Drive files and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidates preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in
