oin our dynamic Ecommerce Channel team as a dedicated and efficient Back Office Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Confirming Cash on Delivery orders. - Ensuring the timely processing of orders by coordinating with the packing team and booking shipments. - Maintaining various Excel sheets regarding shipments. - Coordinating with our logistics partners and addressing customer queries related to shipments. - Cold Calls Role: Back Office Executive - Operations Industry Type: Ecommerce - Food & Beverages Department: Customer Success, Service & Operations Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Experience: 2+ Years Education: UG - Graduate with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages. Location: Udhana, Surat Timing: 9am to 7:30pm Salary: No Bar for right candidate
