- Conduct cold calling activities, engaging potential clients.
- Respond to incoming enquiries on WhatsApp with professionalism and promptness.
- Manage the company\'s email communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Handle and maintain our presence on various social media platforms.
- Undertake other back office responsibilities as required. What We\'re Looking For:
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong capabilities in email handling.
- A typing speed of over 35 words per minute.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- A minimum of a graduate degree.
