The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our back-office processes. Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Handle the processing of loan applications, including verification of documents, data entry, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of customer information, loan agreements, and other relevant documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support as needed to ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the loan application process.
  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, credit, and operations, to facilitate effective communication and streamline workflow.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, operational activities, and process improvements to management for review and decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to mitigate risk and maintain operational integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancement to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the back-office function.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, )
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience - 0-2 years
