Responsibilities:



Enhance overall customer experience by coordinating and following up with internal and external customers, tracking customer order history, and resolving concerns Develop and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures Perform any other job duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:



Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' of related experience Proven work experience in a customer support Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
