Organizing office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
Performing clerical duties, maintain files and organize documents; photocopy, scan etc. as needed.
Writing complaints, sending its memorial timely and monitoring it in all the possible ways.
Preparing letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
Lodging complaint to Complaint Monitoring System and posting its updates on CMS.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and ordering office supplies.
Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases.
Serving as the Receptionist for the Office, greeting visitors and members.
Resolving office related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues.
Answering phone calls, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices.
Giving all possible cooperation to the Senior Officials in discharging his/her the daily tasks.
Conducting training to new members and correspondents by making videos or by other means and by making all other necessary arrangements for this.
Publishing banners, posters, work details and related documents to social media platforms.
Finding and subscribing at least 10 Complainants every month through social media platforms or any other means.
Performing all other necessary related works as per the instructions.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Proven work experience as an Office Assistant/Executive.
Prior experience handling office responsibilities or related field.
Typing speed should be minimum 60 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Highly motivated and ability to prioritize efficiently.
Proficiency knowledge of speaking and writing in Hindi and English.
Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
