Job Description

The Back Office Executive supports daily business operations by handling administrative tasks, data management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company records, files, and databases
  • Enter, update, and verify data in systems accurately
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and internal communication
  • Coordinate with front office, sales, finance, and other departments
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other operational documents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in audits and administrative reviews
  • Monitor schedules, deadlines, and task completion
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of data management and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
