4. Customer & Vendor Coordination
Communicating with vendors, suppliers, or clients for follow-ups (non-customer-facing usually)
Resolving back-end customer issues routed from the front office
5. Financial & Accounting Assistance
Supporting financial teams with billing, bookkeeping, and reconciliation tasks
Monitoring expenses and preparing financial summaries
6. Compliance & Documentation
Ensuring all documentation aligns with internal policies and regulations
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
7. Technology & System Support
Managing CRM, ERP, or other internal software tools
Coordinating with IT teams for system updates or issues
8. Reporting & Analysis
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Analyzing data to support management decisions
9. Scheduling & Coordination
Managing calendars, meetings, and internal schedules
Coordinating travel arrangements and office logistics
10. Process Improvement
Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
Supporting implementation of new processes or systems
