2. Documentation & Record Keeping
Preparing, organizing, and filing company documents (invoices, contracts, forms, etc.).
Maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of documents received.
3. Administrative Support
Assisting management and front-office staff with daily operations.
Coordinating meetings, appointments, and communication between departments.
Handling internal correspondence and emails.
4. Financial & Accounting Support
Assisting in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Reconciling financial data with company records.
Supporting the finance team in audits and financial documentation.
5. Customer & Vendor Coordination
Communicating with vendors or suppliers for order processing and follow-ups.
Supporting customer service teams with backend information.
Managing client databases and maintaining updated contact records.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Analyzing operational data to identify trends or discrepancies.
Supporting performance monitoring and KPI tracking.
7. Compliance & Quality Control
Ensuring all back-office operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Reviewing internal processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Assisting in audits and implementing corrective actions.
