Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

Perform data entry, maintain databases, organize files, and ensure data accuracy.

Administrative Support:

Handle scheduling, manage correspondence, organize meetings, and maintain office supplies.

Reporting:

Generate reports, compile statistics, and assist with presentations for management.

Coordination:

Liaise with other departments (sales, finance, HR) to facilitate operations and resolve issues.

Financial Support:

Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and managing accounts payable/receivable.

Process Improvement:

Help implement new procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in data entry and office software (MS Office, CRM). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
