L&T Finance Holdings Ltd is looking for the post of Back Office Executive for Chandigarh location. Experience Required: - Minimum 2\xe2\x80\x934-years of experience as Customer Service Executive in NBFC/Banking is required. Qualification Required: - Any Graduate/Postgraduate. Job Location: - Madhya Marg, Sector-8C, Chandigarh Job Responsibilities: Responsible to ensure end to end customer service handling, loan documentation. Servicing of loan customers and resolution of queries as per pre-defined turnaround time Cash flow management on daily basis at branch Preparing & maintaining work related records and MIS Timely resolution of audit queries. Any other work given by the manager from time to time. Proficient with written and verbal communication in English, Hindi and Punjabi. Preference will be given to local candidates and those join us immediately.
