Job Description
Back Office Executive We are looking to hire an experienced back office executive. As a back office executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, the ability to respond quickly through phone/email to the customers, agents and the management, and the ability to support and coordinate with the front team. Back Office Executive Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Front Office team.
- Assisting and supporting management.
- Working closely with coworkers to ensure that the office duties are completed.
- Receive and send emails.
- Answer phone calls and provide requested information.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Experience as a virtual assistant is an advantage.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or computer applications.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software is an advantage, not mandatory.
