Designation: Back Office coordinatorLocation: Pandri, TelibandhaQualification: MBA/Any GraduateExperience: 2 to 7 years in back officeNote: First round interview will be at PMG office.Skills: Office management. Office coordination, MS OfficeJob Duties:

  • Receive and send emails.
  • Manage office inventory.
  • Greet clients and visitors.
  • Answer phone calls and provide requested information
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Schedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
  • Establish and implement office procedures and practices
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Day shift
Experience:
  • back office coordinator: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
