Manage and maintain internal records, databases, and filing systems. Process documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, reports, and contracts. Coordinate with front office, operations, finance, HR, and external vendors. Monitor workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Ability to multitask and work independently.
