Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and stock-related documentation.
2. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
3. Assist in data entry, filing, and updating internal databases.
4. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Dispatch) for timely order execution.
5. Handle email correspondence, vendor communication, and follow-ups.
6. Support compliance-related documentation and maintain proper filing systems.
7. Prepare reports, MIS, and summaries as required by management.
8. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth back-office operations.

Other requirements

Experience in the pharma industry preferred.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,40,000 /year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
