Data Management: Entering and maintaining accurate data in company databases and records.

Document Management: Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files and records.

Communication & Coordination: Facilitating communication between different departments and teams, and coordinating with vendors and other external parties.

Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and preparing reports.

Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in back-office processes and contributing to their optimization.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
