As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be required to do the following: 1. Coordinate between the customer and the technician to have the customer served on time. 2. Keeping record of visits and schedules of the technicians 3. Maintaining records pertaining to customer breakdowns and subsequent requirements 4. Maintenance of faulty material movement. 4. Writing mails & communicating with the customers For all the above the person should be versatile, good communicator, organized, fast learner, be able to handle customer queries in a professional manner, be good at making reports using MS Suite .
