Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide order status updates. Inventory Management: Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels, tracking product movement, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure an adequate supply of pharmaceutical products. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing assistance and information as needed. Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, life sciences, pharmacy, etc.).
Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
