Provide clerical support to the back office team, ensuring effective and efficient office operations.
Manage and update filing systems (both physical and digital).
Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, etc.) in a professional manner.
Assist in generating and distributing reports for senior management.
