The ideal candidate will be a female. She will be a Science/Commerce Graduate. The age limit will be: (25 years to 35 years). She will act as the point of contact between the Director & external clients. She will be able to screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. She will be able to handle requests and queries appropriately. She will be able to manage the work diary and schedule meetings and appointments. She will be able to take dictation and minutes. She will be able to produce reports, presentations, and briefs. She will be able to maintain an office filing system. She will have adequate Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Knowledge of MS Office and the English language is a must for her. She should pose outstanding organizational and time management skills. She will be up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications. She will be able to multitask and prioritize her daily workload. She will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. She will maintain discretion and confidentiality.
