The ultimate goal is to achieve better profitability through accountability of tasks and it timely deliveries with optimum coordination. We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. What does an office assistant do? The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. The position will focus on supporting Vivsoft\xe2\x80\x99s clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs through a virtual environment. Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage office operations and support team members to streamline procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and valid records, continuously updating them as necessary.
  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments effectively.
  • Resolve office-related issues and malfunctions promptly.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to established policies.
  • Provide day-to-day support to different departments, conducting both desk and telephonic research.
  • Accurately record minutes during various meetings.
  • Cultivate and nurture trustworthy relationships with Clients, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, or a graduate.
  • Experience: Proven experience in similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of industry best practices and trends related to business analysis.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and analysis.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and business needs.
