Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager Introduction: The role in Banking division in Barclays in Mumbai will entail working across Corporate Finance team to help Barclays deliver advisory solutions to its clients o Covering clients and originating transactions across products and sectors o Preparation of marketing material and execution of advisory transactions across sectors What will you be doing As an Investment Banking BA4, you are expected to execute a variety of roles such as: . Establish a client coverage base and regularly meet with clients to discuss general sector themes, specific opportunities or executing mandates . Work closely with the senior sector bankers, country coverage and product colleagues to generate origination leads . Undertake research and monitor developments/trends in the assignee sub-verticals . Contribute toward the origination and execution of deal mandates . Prepares clients visits, marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation . Develop sector analysis and comp database . Prepare materials for client and internal presentations . Liaise in particular with relevant sector, coverage and product colleagues across the Bank and with external sector specialists .
