Experienced Business Analyst with over 10 years of expertise in the Property and Casualty insurance domain. Skilled in data analysis, business process modeling, and stakeholder engagement. Adept at working in Agile environments and translating business needs into actionable requirements.


Core Competencies


Data Analysis & SQL:


Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Comfortable writing SQL queries for data validation, profiling, and reporting.


Agile Project Delivery:


Experienced in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of business requirements.


JIRA & User Story Creation:


Proficient in using JIRA for backlog management and sprint tracking. Skilled in writing clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.


Stakeholder Collaboration:


Works closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.


Documentation & Communication:


Strong documentation capabilities including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and data dictionaries. Communicates effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
