• Experts in banking and payments, capital markets and wealth and asset management
• Deep knowledge in financial services offering, including e.g. Finance, Risk and Compliance, Financial Crime, Core Banking etc.

• • Assess current end to end BAU process / governance for portfolio decision making - assess if documented.
    
    • Identify Sustainability requirements in terms of metrics, mechanisms, KPI.
    • Identify process enhancements & controls to incorporate Sustainability CoE requirements.
    • Work with stakeholders in Sustainability, Risk, Finance and LoBs to define the plan to implement process changes
    • Risk, issue, dependency management, status reporting – all the core disciplines.
