B2c Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and qualify inbound and outbound B2C leads. Conduct product demos and explain service features to prospective customers. Understand customer needs and guide them toward the right product offering. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools. Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Follow up with leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Minimum Requirement:



Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience (preferably in EdTech, fintech, or direct-to-consumer services). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Comfortable using CRM tools. Fluent in English and Hindi. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
