Proven experience as a B2B Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred CA Firm work experience.
