Candidate must be from a Civil or Mechanical engineering background.
Should have strong experience in post-construction order handling and project acquisition, specifically for items like Aluminium windows, MS windows, FRP doors, WPC doors, Fire doors, Rolling shutters, and MS grill work.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler and be willing to travel as required.
Should have hands-on experience in managing post-construction items, order follow-ups, and site coordination.
Must have an active and relevant construction industry database for lead generation and networking.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-relationship management skills required.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
