We partner with leading organizations to deliver high- quality talent solutions with speed, precision, and a strong client- centric approach.Client Acquisition & Lead GenerationRole: Business Development Manager (Recruitment / Staffing)Key Responsibilities1. New Client Acquisition- Identify and target potential clients across IT, Non- IT, BFSI, Retail, and E- commerce sectors.- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.- Pitch recruitment services, staffing solutions, and value propositions to decision-makers (HR Heads, TA Leaders, Hiring Managers).- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.- Prospect potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.2. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain long- term relationships with clients.- Understand client hiring needs, pain points, and workforce planning.- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.3. Revenue & Target Management- Own revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth.- Prepare proposals, rate cards, and commercial negotiations.- Track sales pipeline, conversions, and monthly/quarterly performance.4. Coordination with Recruitment Team- Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure timely delivery of profiles.- Share JD insights, client expectations, and feedback loops.- Ensure quality submissions and smooth closure process.5. Market Intelligence- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, competitor activities, and market demands.- Identify opportunities for new service offerings (RPO, contract staffing, bulk hiring, niche hiring). Required Skills & Competencies- Proven experience in business development within a recruitment or staffing agency.- Strong understanding of hiring processes, recruitment cycles, and talent markets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.- Target- driven, self- motivated, and able to work independently.- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn networking. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).- Minimum 2 years of BD experience in recruitment/staffing.
