Key Responsibilities:
? Portal Management:
Manage and maintain company profiles across B2B platforms including IndiaMART,
GEM, Project India, and others, ensuring accurate and appealing product listings.
? Inquiry Handling:
Promptly respond to buyer inquiries, qualify leads, and forward high-potential
inquiries to the relevant sales or management personnel for follow-up.
? Lead Nurturing Support:
Track and follow up on leads generated from online platforms, keeping a record of
conversion status and regularly updating sales personnel.
? Content & Listing Optimization:
Collaborate with internal teams to update product descriptions, pricing, images,
certificates, and other listing elements to improve visibility and credibility.
? Campaign Coordination:
Engage with IndiaMART and other platform representatives to explore and
implement paid promotions or banner listings to boost traffic.
? Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain inquiry records, prepare weekly reports on platform performance, response
timelines, and lead conversion metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
? 1-3 years of experience managing online sales or B2B platforms (IndiaMART,
Project India, GEM, etc.).
? Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
? Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
? Familiarity with basic sales support and lead management processes.
Experience: 1-3 Years
