Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities
Drive new client acquisition and manage the complete sales cycle
Achieve targets related to new client registrations, upselling, and revenue generation
Conduct meetings with CXOs and business heads to present solutions
Maintain and update sales pipelines through CRM tools
Ensure timely invoicing and collections
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Participate in regular funnel reviews and sales planning discussions
Key Skills & Competencies:
1-4 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably in a consultative or SaaS-based environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with CXO-level stakeholders
Proven ability to meet revenue and sales targets
High customer-centricity and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong analytical and consultative selling skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability
Understanding of competitive landscape and market trends
