Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial and institutional clients
Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B customers to achieve repeat sales
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial products or solutions
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals
Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates
Handle post-sales follow-ups, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
