Technical Skills:
- Should understand basic IT related technical terms like MS Exchange, Azure Monitoring and Maintenance, Active directory, office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, active
- Prior Experience of 6 months to 1 year in IT infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.
Certifications: Any Azure (AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104) Or Microsoft 365 ( MS-500, MS-900,
M365, O365 ). (Not Mandatory)
Role Details
- Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network
- Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours
- Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
- Basic application support knowledge
- Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours.
- IT Support, non-voice process
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Infrastrcuture as a service or platform as a service paas and iaas
- Candidates with 60% and above in 10th, 12th and Degree (Mandatory)
- BE. / B. Tech with Computer Science or IT
- BCA /MCA
- B. Sc. / M. Sc. (IT)
- Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Telecom Engineering
