Job Title : Azure Devops Architect Experience : 9 - 18 Years Location : Pune, Chennai Position Overview : We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior DevOps Architect to lead our DevOps initiatives and shape our software delivery practices. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in DevOps, security integration, and proficiency in utilizing Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps, combined with a deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud. This role requires visionary leadership to drive innovative solutions for seamless, secure, and scalable software delivery. DevOps Strategy and Leadership : Develop and drive a comprehensive DevOps strategy, overseeing the design, implementation, and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. Provide leadership and mentorship to DevOps teams. Cloud Architecture: Design and architect cloud solutions on major platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient cloud infrastructure deployment. Leverage infrastructure as code (IaC) practices. CI/CD Pipeline Engineering : Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Implement automation, integration, and security measures throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Security Integration and Compliance : Embed security best practices into the development lifecycle. Design and implement security scans, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines. Containerization and Orchestration : Define strategies for containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to streamline application deployment and manage scalability effectively. Innovative Solutions : Drive innovation by researching and implementing cutting-edge DevOps practices, tools, and technologies. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, security, and reliability. Collaboration and Training : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of DevSecOps excellence. Provide expert guidance on secure coding practices, cloud security, and DevOps methodologies. Conduct training sessions as needed. Cloud Security and Compliance : Ensure cloud-based applications, networks, and infrastructure adhere to rigorous security standards, compliance regulations, and industry best practices. Incident Response and Improvement : Lead incident response efforts, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures. Continuously improve security and operational aspects of the DevOps environment. Thought Leadership : Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging security threats, and cloud technologies. Share insights through thought leadership, blog posts, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Extensive experience as a DevOps Architect, with a strong focus on Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps. Proven expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud) and its services. Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline engineering, automation, and security integration. Strong background in infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools like Terraform. Demonstrated experience with security testing tools (SAST, DAST, container security) within CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies. Comprehensive knowledge of cloud security practices, compliance standards, and regulations. Scripting and programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash). Relevant certifications in DevOps, cloud platforms, and security (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Cloud Security Professional) are advantageous.
