Job Summary Role : Azure Data Architect Advanced Analytics Service Delivery Team (SDT) The focus of the Advanced Analytics SDT is to provide capabilities around data onboarding/engineering and model deployment for the prioritised Use Cases. The team consists of Data Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, Service Architects, DevOps Engineers, Tester, Technical Product Owner and Scrum Master. Backlog prioritisation is done together with Business Product Owners based on the pipeline of Use Cases. The Advanced Analytics SDT create capabilities around Digital Solutions and Advanced Analytics. The team supports the platform hosting Tetra Pak\'s Enterprise Data Lake where IoT data from equipment at Customer Plants around the world is collected and supplemented with Tetra Pak\'s internal data sources. Analytics Use Cases are capitalising on this high volume of data to enable new insights and solutions to be exposed for Customers, Internal Users and Applications. All done in adherence with the company IT Security Policy to keep the information safe and utilising role-based security to ensure proper access. What you will do . Design and oversight of cloud technologies to meet business needs. . Estimate high level design and development costs. . Support the IT Architecture team in establishing an architecture roadmap that incorporates technical needs of the Service. . Ensure that application and infrastructure architectures support the business processes with stability, flexibility and efficiency. . Ensure business needs/requirements are well understood by project team and how it fits into the business process and existing architecture. . Support projects in identifying change management needed for business and IT when implementing new solution capabilities. . Able to lead, support, and participate in project teams. . Curate relevant data using both internal and external resources. . Ensure quality results are delivered on time and within budget. . Develop and implement executive-level governance structure while helping to drive meeting structure and discussions. . Create model documentation, develop implementation roadmaps, and perform knowledge transfers. . Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables. . Partner with stakeholders to understand their business and related needs. . Present project status updates and recommendations to management. . Lead the capture and maintenance documentation of work processes. . Contribute to all project phases - plan, analyze, design, build, and test. We believe you have MUST HAVE SKILL SETS: Experience in Azure, data modelling, and various data services on Azure - Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks, Data Warehouse, Azure DevOps Experience with the Apache Spark Framework. Preferably PySpark - Python Experience with Docker containers Experience with Azure Data services (ADLS, ADF, Event Hub, Azure functions, Synapse) Experience in Database and Information Modelling Experience with data wrangling using SQL and Python (R is a bonus) Experience with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell (C#/.NET) Strong working experience with SQL. SQL Server, SSAS, and SSIS. Experience integrating systems and services. Experience developing REST APIs (preferably with Flask - Python) Experience building data pipelines leveraging Azure Databricks. Experience with data modelling (OLTP & OLAP) and formats, including Parquet, JSON, etc. Experience with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources. End-to-end data lifecycle management and associated capabilities Good Communication (Verbal / Written) Multitasking and Teamwork skills.
