Perform a range of traditional Ayurvedic treatments, including but not limited to:
Abhyanga
(full body oil massage)
Shirodhara
(oil stream treatment)
Pizhichil
(medicated oil bath)
Kizhi
(bolus bag treatments)
Panchakarma
preparatory procedures.
Consultation Support:
Assist the Ayurveda Doctor with basic client intake, understanding the guest's health condition, and confirming the prescribed therapy plan.
Hygiene & Setup:
Prepare the treatment room meticulously before each session, ensuring all equipment, linen, and therapeutic oils/herbs are sterilized, clean, and ready. Maintain strict hygiene standards within the treatment rooms and dispensary.
Product Management:
Accurately handle and prepare therapeutic oils, herbal powders, and mixtures as required for specific treatments. Monitor and report inventory needs for supplies.
Guest Care:
Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring comfort, modesty, and clear communication before, during, and after the treatment.
Documentation:
Accurately complete treatment records, noting the therapy performed, duration, and any observed guest reactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education :
Certificate / Diploma in Ayurvedic Therapy, Massage Therapy, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience :
Minimum
2 years
of practical experience as an Ayurvedic Therapist, preferably in a hotel, resort, or clinical setting.
